Terms of Service

You agree to these terms by commissioning me, if you have not read the terms of use as a customer I will not be held responsible for your mistakes.- Commissions may take some time thank you for your understanding. I do not take commissions from anyone under the age of 18!!!Payment1. Payments are made by Paypal, I only accept payments in euros!
2. Payments under €100 will be made after the sketch has been validated.
3. For commissions over €100, we can split the payments, one when the sketch is validated and one at the end.
4. Commissions are non-refundable from the moment I start lineart!
5. Prices shown are starting prices, they may vary depending on requests and details.
6. Backgrounds are extras with a starting price of €50 but may increase depending on complexity.
7. Supplements may be added in certain cases, such as:
- Express or Priority deadlines +50% of the price.
- Major Modification request once the line has started +30% of the price.
8. If your commission is for commercial purposes (sale of merch etc) I will apply 100% of the price in addition.General Terms1. To send the images you will receive a google drive link.
2. It is possible that your visuals are made during live twitch. If you don't want it, don't hesitate to let me know.
3. I reserve the right to refuse certain orders depending on the content.
4. I reserve the right to publish the final results of your orders on my networks and in my portfolio. If you want your order to be posted only after a certain dates don't hesitate to let me know.
5. I have the right to refuse your commission offer if I don't feel comfortable, or if it goes beyond my principles, my skills, my deadlines.
6. Remember that I am a human being, I may have worries or obligations in my everyday life, some orders may take me longer (feel free to look at the Waitlist to see my progress).You are allowed to:- Post the commission on the networks if you credit me.
- Use it as an avatar or wallpaper.
- Print the commission and display it in your personal space.You are not allowed to:- Put my work into an AI
- Use my work as an NFT
- Reproduce the commission
- Use the commission for commercial purposes (resell it to someone else for example)
- Make money from the commission in any way whatsoever (except commercial agreements)
- Crediting another person or not crediting me when you post my work.
- Post or use sketches without my permission.
- Not remove my signature from the work. Not alter the work itself without my or someone else's permission.
